Executive Biography

Robert Belmont, MPH is the CEO of the parent company Black Magnet Enterprises, Inc., a company focused on food and beverage, hospitality, and real estate development. Since 2016, Mr. Belmont has, via Belmont Consulting Services, led the company in securing strategic opportunities, overseeing all operations, and driving business development. With over 25 years of experience on Wall Street, he has held key mid- and senior-level finance roles, managing budgets exceeding $100 million.

Mr. Belmont brings a wealth of expertise in securing debt and equity financing, including bond financing for healthcare and manufacturing projects. He has successfully leveraged Low Income Housing and New Market Tax Credits, securing over $6.5 million in grant funding for affordable housing in New Jersey. His accomplishments include raising $500,000 in equity to launch a Golden Corral in New York and securing $5 million in construction loans for market-rate housing in Paterson, NJ.

His innovative approach includes assessing client financial positions and procuring the best available financing for their projects. Currently, Mr. Belmont is leading ventures across the U.S. and Africa, positioning Black Magnet Enterprises and Belmont Consulting Services as a leader in its industry.
